Our new collection ‘Textures of the UAE’ offers a gallery view of seven contemporary photographs taken around the country; each highlighting a different important story of our cultural heritage here in the UAE.

Al Ain, an oasis located on the Eastern border of Oman, is known for it’s rows of palm trees, delicious dates, and a bustling traditional market – with some of the best halwa in the UAE. With a variety of recipes and styles of hot, delicious halwa, we were inspired to create a gently spiced drinking chocolate with fragrant saffron, rose and toffee coated almonds.

To prepare this drinking chocolate, we crush spice infused toffee and combine it with 62% Dark Chocolate to create a vegan friendly powder ready to be melted into any hot milk of your preference.
